Finding a property in today's property market can be a very stressful experience. We aim to take out that stress by finding the property for you, negotiating on it from offer to exchange and liaising with the solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisors. This will be achieved by regular communication via email, telephone, person to person or our Client Access system.

Godfrey Vaughan know the terminology of estate agents, how to extract information and know where to look for the type of property you are seeking.

We will present you with a report which will include our advice as to a selection of properties that we have viewed, researched and feel have met your criteria.

You deal with one person throughout the process, your case handler, who you have personally met, not numerous people who you haven't.

When you engage the services of Godfrey Vaughan, LLP Property Finder, you will be liable to pay them a fee + VAT for finding the property/ land/investment/rental, which will be come payable upon exchange of contracts with that property/land/investment/rental that Godfrey Vaughan, LLP introduced to you. At the time of initial instruction of this service, you will need to declare all the properties/land/investments/ rentals that you have already seen. These will be deemed "out of contract". Therefore any property/land/investment/rental that is introduced to you by Godfrey Vaughan, LLP, from the date of instruction, will be deemed as our introduction.

If Godfrey Vaughan, LLP are directly instructed or are "subbed" on a property/land/investment/rental that you are interested in, we will waive your fee and pursue our client/sub agent for the fee. In this case, only one fee will be sought and we will not be acting for you.

If you exchange contracts upon property/land/investment/rental that we have introduced to as per the above, you will be liable to pay Godfrey Vaughan LLP 1.5% (+VAT at the prevailing rate), within 14 days of exchange of contracts.
