11-15 Manchester Mews
The Portman Estate has now completed on the final letting of its refurbished terrace of four office buildings at Manchester Mews, London W1.
Freshtime UK has taken a new 5 year lease with a break option after two years at a rent of £34 per square foot on No 14, a 663 square foot building arranged over three floors.
This follows lettings of No 11-12 to Revolution International Ltd, No 14 to Michael Testler Property Services and No 15 to The Little Venice Cake Company.
Hugh Seaborn, Chief Executive of the Portman Estate, said “The conclusion of the letting campaign vindicates the Estate’s decision to invest in the refurbishment of these buildings and, combined with our major regeneration of Gloucester Place and other schemes on the Estate, shows our commitment to the future of the area”.
