Prestigious buildings bought by millionaire jeweller Laurence Graff
Chelsfield bags profit for last two Bond Street Trophies

Chelsfield has quit Bond Street with the £90m sale of two of the capital;s most prestigious retail addresses.

A company controlled by millionaire jeweller Laurence Graff has paid around £57m, a yield of just under 5.5%, for the building that houses Ralph Lauren;s flagship UK store and head office at 1 New bond Street, W1.

He already owns three adjoining buildings, including the one that houses the famous Graff store. Graff is also close to buying and occupying the nearby 28 Albemarle Street from a private client of Godfrey Vaughan for around £5.5m.
