Low yield sale on Berkeley Square
" An overseas investor has bought 35 Berkeley Square, W1, from another private investor for over £5m at a yield of just 4.9%. The 720m2 (7,754 sq ft) building is let to the Wiggins Group at over £430 per m2 (£40 per sq ft) for 15 years. Godfrey Vaughan advised the vendor and Fletcher King represented the purchaser."
