Great Universal Stores takes remaining space at One Stanhope Gate

On behalf of Lothbury Property Trust, Atlantic Fund Management has secured its third letting at its brand new 33,230 sq ft development at One Stanhope Gate, Mayfair, London W1.

GUS plc has completed a lease on the top three floors totalling some 11,962 sq ft at a rent equivalent to £79.00 per sq ft on a new 20 year lease with a tenant option to break after 15 years. This transaction follows earlier lettings of the Ground to Third floors to South African Breweries plc and Bessemer Trust N.A.

Tim Legge of Altantic Fund Management said "We are very pleased to have secured another FTSE 100 tenant for this prime Mayfair development. These three lettings at One Stanhope Gate to major international occupiers provide a great conclusion to a highly successful development project".
