The following is a summary of the work we carry out on behalf of our acquisition clients

- We will meet with you to accurately assess your requirements.
- Based on this brief, we thoroughly search the market for suitable options
- We arrange and accompany you on inspections of potential properties.
- After further discussion following initial viewings, we produce a shortlist of options.
- We then advise on the best solution to your needs and enter into negotiations on your behalf to secure that option.
- We negotiate the best terms possible including advice on rent, rent free periods, capital contributions, break clauses, service charges, rates and lease provisions.
- We will measure the accommodation and agree floor areas with the landlords in accordance with the current RICS Code of Measuring Practice and renegotiate terms if appropriate.
- Having agreed Heads of Terms, we liaise with your lawyers throughout the legal process until an Agreement for Lease or Lease is signed.
Working closely with you, we will oversee the entire transaction through to its conclusion.
